Jenna books a full home inspection with radon from your website. It lands on Daylan's calendar, and the radon pickup two days later rides along as a sub-event of the same job.
Explore the calendarScheduling, a native field app with action-driven sync, web and PDF reports, the Negotiation tool and Re-Check. One system, one subscription, nothing metered.

Explore the calendarThe V2 app runs natively on iPhone and Android, and it syncs on action. When Daylan takes a photo, checks a comment or adds a tag, that change goes to the office. Between changes it stays quiet instead of checking in all day, so his battery makes it to the last job.
Tour the V2 appDaylan reviews every section before it goes out. Publish sends the web report and PDF to the people on the job. Quiet Publish doesn't, which is handy when the only change is a typo.
Jenna's agent starts a negotiation from Daylan's findings and chooses who's on it. The listing agent answers by link with no account, a roofer sends in a bid, and the roof repair settles at a $600 credit.
How the Negotiation tool worksWith repairs agreed, the client requests a Re-Check of the items they want looked at. The office schedules it, and it comes back to the same appointment. In the app, Daylan marks each item Corrected, Partially Corrected or Not Corrected, with photos.
Every job on it carries its crew, its linked visits, and whether it's confirmed, signed, paid and published. Day and Week give each technician their own row. Month shows every job, or how loaded each technician is. Pick a view below, or drag a job somewhere else.
Other software stops at a repair request list. The Negotiation tool runs the whole thing: the client chooses who’s on it, both sides go back and forth item by item, tradespeople send bids into the same list, and the agreed repairs go straight to a Re-Check.
The client picks the items they want checked and a time your office has open. The office schedules it, and the results land on the original appointment and report. No new job to build, nothing to copy across.
V2 was rebuilt natively for both platforms, so each tap does more, and the phone only talks to the server when something changes.
Report a problem from the V2 app, or open Support in the web app. Support checks the device’s activity from around that time, asks you to confirm what happened and opens a tracked request with everything it found.
When the fix is code, it gets built and tested. Small fixes ship once they pass their tests, and bigger ones get a developer’s review first. You hear back in the same chat and by email.
The conversation follows you between the web app and the iPhone and Android apps.
Create your account in a couple of taps. With Google, your company details can come from your Google Business Profile, and your Google Calendar connects in the same step. Online booking then leaves out the times you’re busy.
One login, with a company switcher in your account menu. Each new company starts on its own free trial, then bills automatically at $99 a month in place of the $129 base. Additional technicians are the standard $69.
Add a technician or staff member with an email that’s already on ReportON, and they get an invitation. They accept from their account menu and keep one login for every company they work for. More team features are on the way.
Some inspection software now drafts findings with AI. ReportON doesn't, on purpose. Your report is built from your templates and your own comment library, so the same finding reads the same way every time, and every word in it is one you chose.
We'll add AI when it can meet that standard, and not before.
Bring your templates, agents and clients over in about 20 minutes, then run a real inspection on it.
